Shandong Paper Industry Research and Design Institute, formerly known as the Shandong Paper Industry Scientific Research Institute, was established in 1978. It is currently entrusted and managed by Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. It is the only provincial-level paper industry research and design institution in Shandong Province.
