Heyi Paper production line consists of a raw material preparation system, conveyor system, and pulping system, which includes equipment such as twin-screw pulp defibrator, high-consistency refining machine, and others. The production line operates smoothly with stable consumption and pulp quality parameters meeting the expected standards. The beating degree ranges between 20-25°, and the specific energy consumption for producing one ton of pulp is less than or equal to 500 kW·h. Additionally, a closed-loop system has been implemented for wastewater, contributing to environmental sustainability. We offer a complete set of process technology and equipment for this production line.
